Our client in Pretoria-East needs an Architect’s Draughtsman with the following specifications:

Requirements:
– Must be qualified
– 2+ Years of working experience

Job Description:
– Responsible for the development of project-specific details,
– 3D and conceptual layouts,
– Prepare & coordinate clear, concise drawings using Revit, Archicad & AutoCad,
– Prepare complete and concise design and construction drawings,
– Checking and coordinating details and dimensions,
– Research materials for specific projects,
– Ongoing review and checking of the documents for accuracy and completeness,
– Assist in checking submissions and responding to requests for information.

Skills:
Working knowledge of construction techniques and related details and dimensions,
Ability to organise structural, electrical, and mechanical designs,
Draw plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on instructions provided by engineers and architects.
