Internal Customer Services Representative
Company based in Westmead, Durban.
Looking to employ an Internal Customer Services Representative.

Requirements:
·Preferably with Technical, Industrial / Factory and Engineering background
·Proven customer support experience and/or client service experience
·Computer and Admin Knowledge
·Occasion overtime when required
·Handle complaints and difficult queries

Responsibilities:
·Manage incoming calls/emails
·Handle all customer complainants and queries
·Quotations
·Will work closely with accounts department / Factory & Sales Reps

Starting Salary: R7000 – R8000
Preferable to start immediately.
