LOCATION: Pretoria East
SALARY: R18 000 – R25 000 CTC p/m

DESCRIPTION / SYNOPSIS:
Our client is a well-established Group Aviation industry. They provide a variety of services related to air, Ground and Medical support services and have a client base across Africa. They’re looking to expand their team and would like to employ a new Accountant, to be responsible for all Monthly bookkeeping functions for the Group of Companies up to Trial Balance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bookkeeping Certificate/Diploma/Degree
2-3 years Accounting/bookkeeping experience
Experience in the aviation or medical industry would be a great advantage
Experience in the following will be beneficial: Excel, Xero, Quickbooks

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Accountant will be responsible for compiling and submitting monthly and annual statutory and other statutory returns, as well as compiling and submitting weekly and monthly internal reports and summaries.
Asset register, Cash Book, Journals, Bank Reconciliation’s, Petty Cash, Debtors,
Creditors, Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation’s, Debt Collections, VAT & PAYE Returns
Payroll and Payroll Administration
Submit EMP201 returns. Submit EMP501 reconciliations, Complete and Submit employees IT3 and IRP5 certificates
Monthly VAT calculations, Submit VAT201 returns
