Rental Administrator / Rental Agent / Accounts Clerk to support Finance team
– PERMANENT POSITION – TO START ASAP
– WORKING HOURS: MONDAY – FRIDAY: 08H00 TO 13H00 as Rental Administrator and Accounts Clerk and from 14H00 onwards as a Rental Agent.
– Salary and Commission Basis

JOB DESCRIPTION:
– General estate agent administration duties
– Report management
– Manage the rental administration system
– Manage company database systems
– Follow up on arrears
– Accounting and invoicing

Desired Skills:
– Grade 12 : Accounting, Maths, English and Afrikaans or further qualification in accounting
– Driver’s license and own reliable car
– Able to work long hours and some weekends
– Computer literacy in email, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
– Excellent communication skills – verbal Good written, planning and problem-solving abilities
– Able to work independently and unsupervised to meet all deadlines
– Ensure the companies standards are met or exceeded at all times

We are willing to appoint first time job seekers if they have excellent grade 12 marks and are willing to study further.
