Section 13/ 26D Trade Certificate.
Matric Certificate is a must.
Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle
Vaccination Certificate.
All Documents must be included with CV.

3 – 5 Years minimum working experience Post Trade in a Manufacturing Environment.
Have knowledge of fitting & turning techniques, tools, principles of plant maintenance and construction environment.
Equipment Selection experience.
Familiar with the use of machine tools, the design, repair & maintenance.
Must have own toolbox.
Able to take direction, but exercise independent thought & judgement.
Able to multi-task & team orientated.

Experience:
Manufacturing of components, assemble & refurbish soot blowers for boiler industry & machining components for water purification plants.
Manufacture, assemble & fit components related to the chute Blowers.
Be able to examine detailed drawings/ specifications to find out job, material & equipment requirements.
Set-up metal working machines & equipment.
Operate machines to produce parts/ tools by turning, boring, or milling.
Drilling & grinding metal stock components.
Fit & assemble parts or sub-assemblies.
Cut threads.
Dismantle faulty tools & assemble, repair, or replace defective parts.
Identify spares requirements & order according to departmental process.
Submit relevant reports on own area of work.
Coach & assist with on-the-job training & seek development for self.
Good time management & communication skills.
Optimal use of materials and spares.
Sound technical troubleshooting/fault finding skills.
Hand eye coordination.
Quality control and plant equipment maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities must be listed in detail at each company.
Highly proficient in English.
Not be colour blind or have Vertigo.
Police Clearance & Medical Examinations of Fitness as Per Inherent Requirements Of The Position.
Permanent Position.
