About the candidate:

Requirements

1-2 years’ experience
Relevant qualification
Ability to use Microsoft apps such as PowerPoints, Excel, Word
Good Communication Skills
Ability to conduct Primary (Field Research)
Ability to conduct Secondary Research (knowing how to find information needed on each brief)
Ability to draw insights from research
Ability to develop campaign strategy
Good Writing Skills
Logic but also creative
Can work in a team environment
Self-starter (proactive)

Main Responsibilities:
Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the strategic department’s activities.
Supporting the Strategist in organizing and completing various strategy campaigns and briefs coming in.
Conducting market research and analysing reports/ questionnaires.
Assist in preparing strategy and research presentations.
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Build strong working relationships with relevant departments to execute key responsibility.
Keep up to date with client industry trends and consumer behavior, as well as proactively suggesting new ways to leverage these newly identified opportunities.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in marketing, advertising, and digital industries.
Co-ordinating meetings, agenda and action points.

Requirements
A grounding in marketing and communication principles.
Solutions-oriented, can-do attitude and high energy.
Highly organized and efficient, whilst being flexible and versatile.
An enthusiasm for, and an understanding of relevant online and digital platforms.
English writing skills, with strong attention to detail.
Numerate & analytical with at least an intermediate knowledge of Excel.
The appetite for being involved in a start-up environment
Meticulous attention to detail
Confident, with very strong interpersonal & communication skills and a proven ability
To build productive relationships quickly
