Assistant Admin Required
Currently looking to employ a lady to assist in doing general admin duties. Must be available immediately.
Skills Required:
1. Matriculant / 2 years plus experience in office admin
2. Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PDF etc.)
3. Telephone Etiquette
4. Background admin duties
5. Professional and well mannered
6. Own transport
Duties will include the following, but won’t be limited to:
1. Clocking controlling
2. Job card controlling
3. Capturing data
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday from 06H45- 17H00.
Saturdays if needs be.
Salary:
To be discussed
Three months contract with an option for permanent employment.
