Receptionist
We are in the Manufacturing Sector based in the CT Northern
Suburbs looking for a Receptionist to join our team.
Requirements:
· Matric (Grade 12)
· Own transport and valid driver’s licence
· Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
· Strong organisational and planning skills
· Experience in office administration
· Computer literacy in MS Office
· Must have knowledge in Pastel (Payroll & Accounting)
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Answering and transferring calls
· Handling event co-ordination
· Welcoming customers
· Managing and purchasing of office supplies such and stationery and refreshments
· Managing vending machines
· Managing office cleaner
· Managing and purchasing of consumables and cleaning supplies
· Performing ad-hoc administration duties
· Collecting post
· Responding to emails
· Assisting customers to find their way around the building
· Ensuring that all customers/suppliers adhere to Covid-19 regulations when entering the premises
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
· Update calendars and schedule meetings
