Requirements
Human Resources Diploma
3 years HR administrative experience
Responsibilities (Not Limited To)
Writing, Implementing, and ensuring company policies and procedures are up to standard.
Managing the new starter process
Entering and updating employee data, ensuring accurate records are maintained
Providing data for and preparing management information reports as required
Liaising with payroll regarding new starters/leavers and other payroll-related activities
Recording and administering
Administering the probationary review periods
