Duties
& responsibilities
Operate switchboard –
answer/ transfer calls
Take messages and relay to
relevant personnel
Meet/ greet clients, fill in
visitors log and seat clients in boardroom
Maintaining and ordering of
stationary stock
Scheduling of appointments
responding to emails
quotations, invoices
Assist with general
administrative tasks (typing, filing, etc)
Ad hoc duties

Salary:
R4,000.00 – R5,000.00 per month
