Candidate attorney

Small law firm in Bellville seeks Candidate Attorney, to start 1 March 2021

Must have:

1. completed Law degree;
2. be registered as a candidate attorney for at least 6 months and be willing to cede contract of articles;
3. experience in handling of court files; (filing, indexing ect)
4. proficient in both English and Afrikaans;
5. drivers licence.

The following will be advantageous:

1. Experience in debt collecting;
2. Experience in labour and/or commercial law;
3. Basic knowledge of Magistrate’s and High court proceedings;
4. Own reliable vehicle.

Salary to be negotiated.
