VACANCY: LOCATION PLANNER – Durban – Clothing Retail

Our client, a well-known Retailer, is currently seeking the skilled expertise of a Durban-based Location Planner to join their team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric with maths.
• A tertiary qualification in Finance, Retail or Economics.
• Proficiency in Ms Office – Excel (Excel fundi)
• Team & self-development
• Computer literate.
• High levels of accuracy

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct analysis on stores i.e. sales trends – ensuring the correct volume and assortment according to customer demand.
• Monitor store performance.
• Manage the opening of new stores, closures and revamps
• Evaluate stock issues and provide solutions, ensuring stores have the right balance of fresh stock and product types.
• Strategically allocate with accuracy to meet forecasted sales demands.
