African Independent Brokers is looking for a Key Accounts Consultant to join our sales team. We are looking for someone who is able to work in a fast-paced team environment, who is self-driven and who has the ability to work under pressure.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
Building relationships with F&I’s
Managing leads, giving feedback and Sales
Work Saturday Shifts and 9-6 when required
Call Centre duties
Informs clients by explaining procedures; correctly answering questions and providing information
Maintains communication by reporting problems
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Follow up on initial contacts and build relationships with F&I’s
Achieve agreed closing or conversion ratios and sale
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Previous sales experience would be a plus
Good Communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Matric or equivalent, a tertiary qualification will be an advantage
Proficient in relevant computer applications and call centre systems
Good typing skills
Knowledge of sales principles and methods
Proven track record in sales
Required language skills is a must
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Insurance background would be an advantageNote: Candidates needs to reside in the East Rand as the position is in Springs.
