Tender Specialist – Kempton Park / JHB
National Logistics Company with offices in Kempton Park is seeking to employ a Tender Specialist to join their busy team. This role will suit a candidate with solid experience in the Tender process, combined with a skill and flair for marketing.
Below is brief description, full duties and responsibilities to be discussed during the interview process:
Ability to generate leads for possible tenders
Attend Tender Briefings
Complete Tender Documents
Tender follow-ups and submission of all information requested during the tender process
All admin surrounding tenders and tender processes
Do rate calculations, compile and submit quotes
Complete and submit client vendor documentation
General client research and leads generation
Capture and update information on business systems (SAP, MDS and IReach)
Client liaison, key account management and communication
Website Enquiries
Liaising with sales team, operations and other support departments
Assist with marketing strategies and the developing, implementing, and managing of marketing campaigns that promote our company and our products
Brand awareness and management
Coordinating all promotional items, corporate gifts, printing and branding (Sourcing marketing merchandise and collateral by liaising with suppliers, doing orders, taking stock and distribution, dealing with invoices, etc.
PowerPoint Presentations
Assist with sponsorships and events
Assist with other admin duties in the commercial department
Assist with monthly management reporting
Salary – Negotiable depending on experience
