Urgently looking for a receptionist at one of our k carrim van der hoff store in pretoria gardens. key responsibilities: • Greet clients and visitors as they enter in to the store in a warm and friendly manner. Provide information regarding products or services of the company. Directing clients to relevant departments, person or offices, Answer inquiries regarding products and availability of personnel , Answer telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel (basics about telephone etiquette), Provide information to callers over the telephone regarding store operations as well as the operations of the business. Update employee attendance and visitors records assist them in filling out forms • Perform basic record keeping duties. Perform data entry (registers) and filling activities • Sending and receiving of emails. •Sort and distribute mail • Assist in resolving client’s issues and complaints. Oversees office supplies requirements such as stationary and distribute accordingly • Operating a PA system regarding the store and clients. Apply and ensure company policies regarding dress code and code of conduct, Job Related Experience Required • Experience +/_ 1 Years • Computer literate • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment. all applications must be forwarded to hr1@carrim.co.za
