Introduction.
We are in the caravan repair, maintanence & caravan steam cleaning industry. The service of an office /general administrator with our small team is required. Young at heart, energetic person.

Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate Inventory – small shop / store room
Update supplier information, pricing and specifications of inventory
Knowledge of caravan parts/terms and caravans – advantageous
Debtor & Creditors knowledge
Be able to do quotes, invoices, GRV (goods receiving vouchers), petty cash, point of sale, job cards, stock maintanence, etc.
Placing orders with suppliers & follow up.
Data capturing – good numerical & keyboard skills
Credit control – minimal
Bilingual -(Afr & Eng)
Filing Control
Must have a methodical approach to work, highly organised & a quick thinker
UIF + workmans compensation
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric (Gr.12) –
Admin experience + accounting
IQ Retail and Manager program experience – advantageous
Microsoft Office / Open Office Writer competency.
Bilingual – Fluent
Ability to adhere to procedures and effectively meet deadlines
Hightly proficient, presentable, with good communication skills
Beneficial if resides in the Centurion area
Own transport required
Working hours: 07:30 – 17:00
Package & Remuneration
Salary depending on experience
Working on weekends in exceptional cases upon mutual agreement
No working on public holidays
UIF registered
