Human resources assistant

Menlyn, Pretoria: HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (JUNIOR/ENTRY LEVEL)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female aged approximately 25 – 35 years
-Afrikaans & English first and second languages a must
-Matric / Grade 12
-Human Resources qualification highly advantageous
-Minimum 1 year recent Office Administration experience a must, preferably in Human Resources or Payroll related environment or position
-Understanding of HR terminology preferred
-Computer literate in MS Office (Pastel VIP Payroll computer literacy advantageous)
-Reliable transport to work
-Stable employment record a must (no job hoppers, stable employment record etc.)
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Assist with Payroll and Human Resources functions
-Capturing Leave forms
-Leave Liability report (Monthly)
-Payroll related filling & queries
-Creating new contracts
-Loading & Terminating of all staff
-Printing & Distributing of Payslips
-Assisting Finance department/ insurance claims
-Hotel/vehicle and flight bookings
-Petty cash/ credit card (office groceries)
-Uniforms issue/ receive & pay-out
-Uniform stock take/ Stationary stock take
-UI-19/ Salary schedule/ UI2.7
-Ordering of office furniture for sites
-Assisting with loading of staff on Biometrics
-Tracker monthly reports
-Renewal of fleet vehicles licenses
-Department of Labour/ MIBCO audit
Salary: R 7 000.00 gross (Not negotiable)
