BRANCH MANAGER WANTED
BENONI/SECUNDA IN GAUTENG/MPUMALANGA
Exciting opportunity available for a dedicated and experienced candidate who can solve problems with out-of-the-box thinking
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 or a relevant tertiary qualification
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations and/or sales within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) Industry
Good understanding of and experience with:
– Bargaining Councils and Sectoral Determinations
– Industrial Relations
– The Labour Relations Act
– The Basic Conditions of Employment Act
– The Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry
Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent numeracy skills
Computer literate (MS Office)
Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle essential
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the day-to-day effective running of the branch
Manage the branches Budget and Profit and Loss statement
Act as a company representative in respect of IR matters, as and when required
Appraise branch staff regularly
Assist with strikes with the necessary knowledge and in conjunction with the Division’s HR/IR department and General Operations Manager and/or Regional Director
Build and maintain client and staff relationships
Ensure that all Company policies, procedures and practices are effectively maintained and adhered to by branch staff
Manage the branch to achieve optimum utilization of staff, in order to achieve set goals and targets for the branch and/or region
Produce weekly and monthly reports
Responsible for all sales functions for the branch
