Position Overview
Airlink is seeking a Stores Driver to join the Stores & Logistics team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation for Airlink staff and handle the delivery and collection of aircraft spares and maintenance-related materials.
This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in driving, safety-conscious, and dependable, supporting seamless logistics operations within a fast-paced aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities

Transport Airlink staff safely and efficiently as required.

Deliver and collect aircraft spares, consumables, and maintenance materials.

Ensure all goods are handled in compliance with aviation safety and operational standards.

Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.

Inspect vehicles daily to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance.

Adhere to all road safety regulations, company policies, and aviation procedures.

Support the logistics team in maintaining timely and effective operations.
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or equivalent – Essential.

Minimum of 3 years’ driving experience – Required.

Valid driver’s license suitable for transporting staff and materials.

Knowledge of vehicle safety and basic maintenance.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and reliably in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
