Position Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. This role involves market research, sales strategy implementation, and customer service excellence, ensuring a professional and seamless buying experience for all customers.
The ideal candidate is passionate about vehicles, proactive, and results-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to thrive in a competitive automotive market.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell vehicles to meet monthly and annual sales targets

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including fleet sales, government contracts, and market expansions

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Deliver exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and drive brand visibility

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and communicate performance updates to management

Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience

Proven track record of successful automotive sales, preferably in vehicle retail

Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in sales or customer-facing roles
