Position Overview

The Sales Executive at Hyundai Northcliff is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles, maintaining client relationships, and generating new business opportunities. This role is ideal for candidates who are driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented, with a passion for the automotive industry and vehicle sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell vehicles to customers while achieving sales targets and objectives.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including fleet sales, government contracts, and market expansion.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.

  • Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues professionally.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales and promotional campaigns.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets and communicate performance to management.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.


Minimum Requirements

  • Proven track record in automotive sales, preferably with vehicle sales experience.

  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
