Position Overview
The Floor Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the depot, supporting customers and colleagues, and maintaining stock presentation and hygiene standards. This role is ideal for physically fit, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail or depot environment.
Minimum Requirements
Essential:

Grade 12 / NQF 4 certificate.
-
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
-
Good communication and teamwork skills.
-
Willing to work overtime and weekends when required.
Advantageous:

Previous experience in a depot or retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
-
Assist customers with loading, product information, and service support.
-
Receive, move, and pack stock safely and accurately.

Ensure stock is correctly displayed, replenished, and organized on the depot floor.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order throughout the store or depot.

Support general operational, housekeeping, and stock management duties.

Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and attention to detail.
