Clover is seeking a highly organized Administrative Controller to support its Production team. In this pivotal role, you’ll coordinate administrative processes for Learning and Development services, manage policy and media logistics, and ensure seamless support for training and induction across operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Advanced Certificate in a relevant field
- 3–5 years’ experience providing administrative support at senior management level
- Fluent in business English and confident in computer literacy (intermediate level)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for training and HR processes, including budgets and events coordination
- Manage inquiries related to systems and general processes
- Prepare materials, manuals, presentations, and documentation for learning initiatives
- Coordinate logistics for training including venues, delegates, travel, and accommodation
- Assist with onboarding arrangements and initial orientation scheduling
- Generate reports from LMS and other systems for audits and productivity analysis
- Maintain records, filing systems, documentation, and perform routine process audits to support continuous improvement
