PG Glass is currently recruiting a meticulous Credit Administrator to join its finance team in George. In this role, you’ll play a key role in managing debtor accounts, ensuring accurate payment allocation, controlling overdue accounts, and maintaining credit compliance in line with company policy.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Credit Management or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in credit control or debtor management
- Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Understanding of the Credit Act and basic accounting principles

- Diplomacy and tact when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy
- Customer service mindset, focused on timely resolution of account queries
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate allocation of customer payments
- Monitor debtor accounts and follow up on overdue balances, including for bordereaux clients
- Enforce credit limits and terms in accordance with approved agreements
- Generate exposure invoices and resolve account queries before month-end
- Support the financial year-end and audit process with accurate reporting
- Communicate relevant credit information to stakeholders to inform business decisions
