Role Overview
The Senior IT Server Engineer is a strategic technical leader tasked with maintaining and optimizing the company’s core IT systems and digital infrastructure. This position goes beyond server maintenance—it requires an expert with vision, capable of integrating enterprise-grade systems that support the dynamic needs of healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the stability, performance, and security of core IT systems and services

Manage enterprise operating systems including Windows, MacOS, and Linux

Oversee virtual environments such as VMware and Hyper-V

Administer and secure infrastructure using Active Directory, Citrix, and cloud-based platforms

Lead systems planning, monitoring, and optimization

Implement industry best practices for system reliability, cybersecurity, and service continuity

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and service improvements

Provide strategic guidance on system architecture and scaling

Document configurations, SOPs, and performance metrics for audit and operational readiness

Act as a mentor and contributor to talent development and succession planning
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Industry certifications in Infrastructure Management, IT Security, and IT Service Management

10 to 12 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure, system architecture, and enterprise operations

Deep knowledge of server design, cloud platforms, and network architecture

Familiarity with security protocols, systems integration, and service delivery frameworks
