We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Clerk – Supply Chain to join our team at our Little Falls branch.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving operational performance by implementing strong stock processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, and fostering a culture of excellence across the store. You will work closely with supply chain teams, department managers, and heads of departments to ensure stock availability, minimise shrinkage, and maintain stock integrity at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Management and Accuracy

  • Oversee and continuously improve daily stock management processes, including permanent inventory and stock availability.

  • Monitor and control store shrinkage on a daily basis, ensuring stock loss is minimised.

  • Support all departments to enhance stock availability and ensure on-shelf product presence.

  • Define and implement settings to guarantee constant stock levels, especially for impulse commerce and fast-moving goods.

Process Improvement and Team Performance

  • Introduce and promote operational efficiency and performance enhancement measures.

  • Share relevant information and facilitate communication between sales, supply chain, and operational teams.

  • Lead by example, developing a culture of responsibility, accuracy, and performance throughout the store.

  • Act as a leader in the absence of the Head of Department (HOD), ensuring operations continue seamlessly.

Customer Service and Team Development

  • Ensure the store is fully staffed with well-trained team members to deliver excellent customer service.

  • Maintain correct stock pricing and clear product displays in line with company standards.

  • Assist with staff training and continuous development to promote skills growth within the team.

  • Play an active role in teamwork to uphold service quality and store productivity.

Minimum Requirements

  • High levels of motivation, accountability, and commitment to excellence.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others.

  • Assertive approach with the confidence to challenge processes and drive improvements.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a sense of responsibility for stock control processes.

  • Prior experience in stock control, supply chain administration, or inventory management will be highly advantageous.
