A vacancy exists for an experienced Collections Manager at a well established Micro – Finance organisation,
to plan, organize, direct, control and review the day-to-day operations and major functions of the collections department.

Core department Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
 Design and continuously improve existing and new business processes by making recommendation for Approval.
 Review and recommend collection policies changes from time to time to the Credit Risk committee.
 Ensure that the monthly collections targets are achieved
 Ensure that the expected credit loss and amounts written off are within or better than budget.
 Management and planning of the department to ensure it meets the overall objectives of the company.
 Become intimately familiar with the regulatory environment and ensure compliance at all times.

Requirements:
> Degree from University or equivalent
> Have 5 years’ experience in the credit industry in running a collections department. Work experience in unsecured credit essential and developmental credit will be an advantage. Proficient with advance MS Excel.
