Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator Bulk to join our logistics team in Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha). This position plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling inbound stock, ensuring accurate storage, replenishing pick lines, and implementing stock rotation to maintain inventory freshness.

Key Responsibilities

Offloading all incoming products from inbound vehicles

Recording the age of received items for effective inventory management

Inspecting product quality and packaging upon receipt

Generating product labels and attaching them to relevant pallets

Storing and organising products in designated storage areas

Replenishing pick lines to ensure continuous stock availability
-
Implementing stock rotation practices to prevent product obsolescence
-
Inspecting equipment regularly to maintain safety and operational efficiency

Reporting product or packaging concerns to the relevant Controller

Adhering to safety guidelines and wearing required PPE

Contributing to the overall achievement of team goals

Upholding company safety standards and compliance requirements
Qualifications and Experience Required
-
Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent qualification
-
1-3 years of experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role
-
Experience within the FMCG retail industry preferred

Valid Electric Pallet Jack License
-
Valid Forklift License
-
Strong understanding of safety procedures and warehouse operations
