Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification

• Previous sales experience essential

• Customer service orientation and ability to work within a team

• Computer literacy for daily operational tasks

• Strong attention to detail

• Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues

• Ability to work well under pressure and tolerate stress

• High level of integrity and initiative

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to support store profitability

• Deliver exceptional customer service that encourages repeat business

• Assist customers with product queries and recommendations

Asset Protection & Administration

• Protect all company assets including stock, cash, and physical assets

• Implement company policies and procedures effectively to reduce losses

• Ensure correct administration of stock room processes, markdowns, and lay-bys

Merchandising & Store Presentation

• Implement and maintain effective store and department layouts

• Ensure timely and accurate merchandise replenishment

• Maintain housekeeping standards to create a pleasant shopping environment
