Role Overview: Staffing Assistance (ABA Therapy)
The Staffing Assistance role is essential to streamline and support the recruitment and hiring process for clinical and administrative positions within our organization. You will assist with the onboarding process, manage applicant data, coordinate interviews, and work closely with department heads to meet staffing goals.
This full-time remote role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM US time, providing critical support to ensure the company hires qualified, compliant professionals who align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Support clinical staffing recruitment and hiring processes for various roles within the organization
Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring new hires comply with company policies and procedures
Maintain organized records of applicant data, interview schedules, and hiring documentation
Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and develop fulfillment strategies
Conduct thorough reference checks and assist in preparing and sending offer letters
Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to attract qualified candidates
Assist with administrative tasks related to employee documentation and regulatory compliance
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with professional English proficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Desired Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical staffing recruitment
Familiarity with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy field is a strong advantage
Experience coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes within healthcare or therapy sectors
Compensation and Work Schedule
This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive monthly salary paid in USD
Work hours align with US business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (South Africa time)
