Role Overview: Administration Clerk – Information Management
We seek a motivated Administration Clerk to support Health Information Management through accurate data handling, record keeping, and administrative assistance within the Metro Health Services.
Key Responsibilities

Manage data capturing, scanning, and collation, ensuring accurate submission to relevant departments.

Assist with data quality control, including validation, verification, and trend analysis.

Provide administrative support such as minute taking, filing, copying, and organizing logistical arrangements.

Aid in the preparation of presentations and reports for information management purposes.

Support training for Information Management and HAST clerks at facility level.
-
Assist with internal and external audits and ICT requests as needed.
Minimum Requirements
-
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.

Experience in Health Information Management and related health information systems.

Valid Code B/EB driver’s license.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including under pressure.
