Job Summary: Administration Clerk β Infrastructure Sourcing
Join the Supply Chain Sourcing Directorate as an Administration Clerk focused on Infrastructure Sourcing. This role provides vital administrative and procurement support within the infrastructure development projects of the department.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office administration and maintain a robust filing and record-keeping system.

Support People Management administration within the Infrastructure Sourcing Unit.

Provide procurement administration assistance aligned with Supply Chain Management policies.

Handle and document complaints related to Infrastructure Sourcing activities.

Offer comprehensive administrative support to the Manager of Infrastructure Sourcing.
Minimum Requirements
-
Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject, or equivalent experience related to the roleβs Key Performance Areas (KPAs).

Relevant experience in administrative duties within Supply Chain Management.

Valid Code B/EB driverβs licence and willingness to travel.

Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong communication (verbal and written), organisational and planning skills.

Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
