ROLE OVERVIEW

AFGRI Retail is seeking a Sales Clerk in Bronkhorstspruit to manage agricultural parts sales and related inventory and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone with spares knowledge, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive sales mindset. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle parts sales efficiently and accurately

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients

  • Perform general administration and ensure cleanliness of the work environment

  • Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate inventory tracking

  • Place and receive stock orders, managing incoming and outgoing parts

  • Assist with sales and marketing activities to drive revenue

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly

  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of agricultural spares and equipment

  • Ensure compliance with risk and safety procedures

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) – Mandatory

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in selling agricultural spares

  • Background in mechanization and agricultural parts will be advantageous

TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong product knowledge of agricultural spares and mechanization

  • Proficiency in using Parts Catalogues and inventory management systems

  • Sound computer literacy and administrative skills

  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry and customer base

  • Valid driver’s license
