The Fidelity ADT Gauteng unit is currently hiring a driven and energetic individual for the position of Hybrid Sales Consultant in Pretoria Central.
Role Overview
The Hybrid Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in driving security system sales, sourcing new business, and building long-term relationships with clients. This is a high-impact role suited for a results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and technology. The role focuses on selling alarm systems, armed monitoring contracts, CCTV solutions, and electric fencing to customers while maintaining a strong pipeline and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities

Source and close sales on armed monitoring and response agreements.

Promote and sell intruder detection upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fencing, and other electronic security solutions.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead generation, follow-ups, and negotiations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including estate agents, builders, and architects to increase referrals and market reach.

Deliver accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Handle all administrative duties associated with sales activities and client onboarding.
Qualifications and Experience

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent is required.

PSIRA Grade C accreditation is mandatory.

At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in capital goods or technical sales.

Knowledge of alarm systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or similar is highly advantageous.

Proven track record in new business development and achieving revenue targets.
Skills and Competencies

High levels of self-motivation, initiative, and resilience.

Strong sales acumen with excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Email, and internet tools.

A valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle are essential.

Presentable, professional, and able to engage comfortably with high-level clients.
