This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient delivery and collection services, excellent customer interaction, and general support to workshop and admin teams.
Role Overview
As a Driver at Hyundai Fourways, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of customers, vehicle parts, and documents. This role requires a skilled and courteous individual who understands road safety regulations and vehicle care. The Driver will also assist with moving vehicles within the dealership premises and supporting the service department as required.
Key Responsibilities

Provide transport services for customers and dealership staff as needed

Assist service advisors and reception staff by collecting and delivering customers in a professional and courteous manner

Support the end controller with moving vehicles in and out of inspection bays

Drive vehicles into and out of car wash bays and workshop areas safely and efficiently

Recover broken-down vehicles using the dealership’s recovery equipment (LDV or Mobi-jack) as directed by the foreman

Maintain an accurate logbook of all trips, recording kilometres travelled and destinations

Report vehicle faults or mechanical issues immediately to the workshop foreman

Drive responsibly and comply with all road traffic ordinances and safety protocols

Report any accidents or incidents during trips to the foreman without delay

Assist with cleaning customer and recovery vehicles when necessary

Carry out any additional tasks as requested by management, including document deliveries to suppliers or distributors
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a driver in a corporate or dealership environment

Must have a valid Code 08 Driver’s License

Clean driving record with a good understanding of vehicle handling and road safety
