Role Overview
The role of a Financial Advisor at Liberty ECM is tailored for self-motivated individuals who possess the ambition to succeed in a competitive environment. Key Responsibilities

Analyze clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions

Deliver personalized financial advice using Liberty’s suite of insurance and investment offerings

Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and monitor their evolving needs

Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjust financial strategies accordingly

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, internal procedures, and financial policies

Contribute to business growth by identifying new leads and closing sales

Provide exceptional client service and maintain a positive brand image
Qualifications and Experience

Matric (Grade 12) is required
-
A FAIS-recognized qualification must be completed within 6 years of DOFA
-
Own laptop or tablet is essential for daily responsibilities

Sales experience (telephonic and/or face-to-face) is desirable

Experience in financial services or insurance is an added advantage
Technical Skills and Knowledge

Strong understanding of South African financial markets and industry trends

Knowledge of risk management, life cover, retirement planning, and investment strategies

Presentation and negotiation skills for both formal and informal engagements

Excellent command of customer service principles and relationship management
