Role Overview
As a Financial Advisor at Liberty ECM, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families in Gqeberha and the wider Eastern Cape region secure their financial futures. You will consult with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored financial solutions, from insurance products to investment plans and retirement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional financial advice based on thorough needs analysis

Grow and maintain a client portfolio with ongoing engagement

Review and adjust client financial plans to suit life stage changes

Keep abreast of financial market trends and product innovations

Ensure full compliance with FAIS and Liberty’s regulatory frameworks

Maintain detailed client records and contribute to internal reporting

Represent Liberty with professionalism in community and business forums

Consistently achieve agreed performance and sales targets
Qualifications and Experience
-
Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
-
FAIS-recognized qualification required within 6 years of DOFA
-
Laptop or tablet is a non-negotiable tool of trade

Prior experience in telephone or face-to-face sales is advantageous
-
A background in insurance or financial services will be beneficial
