Role Overview

We are currently looking for a qualified Estate Agent to join our thriving Tsakane office in Gauteng. This is a dynamic and rewarding role for a licensed real estate practitioner (PPRE) who thrives in sales, builds lasting client relationships, and is eager to leverage the Pam Golding brand to grow their property portfolio. You’ll be responsible for sourcing mandates, guiding clients through property transactions, and providing expert advice across the real estate lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure exclusive property mandates through canvassing (telephonic, digital, and face-to-face)

• Conduct valuations using accurate market data and pricing strategies

• Manage all sales and rental marketing activities including show houses, listings, and buyer tours

• Guide buyers and sellers through negotiations and contracts with professional insight

• Utilize Pam Golding’s systems and marketing platforms to promote listings

• Keep updated on local property trends, pricing movements, and client needs

• Build strong networks in the community and maintain excellent client service throughout the sales journey

• Collaborate with internal teams, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, and external partners to close deals efficiently

Qualifications and Experience

• NQF Level 4 real estate qualification is required

• Must have passed the Professional Designation Examination (PDE)

• Minimum requirement: PPRE status with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in residential property sales or rentals

• Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence is essential

• Familiarity with the Tsakane and surrounding real estate market will be an advantage

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Comprehensive understanding of property legislation, sales procedures, and contracts

• Skilled in generating leads, closing deals, and client relationship management

• Proficiency in real estate software, listing platforms, and mobile apps

• Knowledge of market appraisal tools and property valuation practices

• Ability to work independently and manage your sales pipeline effectively
