Role Overview

Smollan is seeking two dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Consultants: Order Entry to join its team in JHB North. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, administration, and working in a fast-paced call centre environment. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for processing orders, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring high standards of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service and support to both internal and external clients

  • Manage and process customer orders efficiently and accurately

  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

  • Maintain up-to-date records within company systems and CRM platforms

  • Deliver timely administrative support aligned with business objectives

  • Identify and escalate any order-related issues to ensure timely resolution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction

  • Uphold company service level agreements and compliance standards

Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric / NQF Level 4 (Grade 12) is essential

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a call centre, customer service, or administrative role

  • A tertiary qualification will be considered an added advantage

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately input data

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Ability to handle pressure and manage stressful situations effectively

  • Good time management and strong organizational skills

  • Demonstrated punctuality and professionalism
