🏢 Role Overview

As a Warehouse Manager at Pedros, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse facility. This role involves overseeing inventory management, supervising staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Your ability to manage resources effectively and lead a motivated team will be key to the success of our warehouse operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods

• Ensure the efficient use of warehouse space and resources to maximize productivity

• Enforce quality control standards to maintain product integrity and prevent damage or loss

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safe and secure storage of goods

• Implement inventory control measures such as stock tracking, cycle counts, and regular reconciliation

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and adjustments

• Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

• Assign tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance to ensure a motivated and productive team

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment

• Conduct safety training and enforce safety procedures for staff

• Continuously review and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and meet performance targets

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations

• Maintain accurate records and generate reports to support management decisions

🎓 Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role within a production or logistics environment

• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management practices

• Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety procedures

• Experience in managing and leading a warehouse team, including hiring and training

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with management and staff

• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
