TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR (LYDENBURG)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 * MS Office computer literacy * Minimum of 1 year operational experience in training and development * Minimum of 1 year experience in administration * Previous document control experience (advantageous) * Must be residing within Lydenburg * Must have valid driver`s licence and own transport.
SKILLS, QUALITIES AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Communication and interpersonal skills * Organising, planning and time management skills * Effective multi- tasking abilities * Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own and under pressure.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:
The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited to executing the following within strict deadlines: * Compile and maintain Training Material * Compile, maintain, print and monitor Initial Training * Compile, maintain, print and monitor Revision Training * Assist with bulk data capturing * Assist with all other administrative functions within the department * Administer computer- based Training & Assessment * Reporting.
Preference will be given to Historically Disadvantaged South African (HDSA) candidates.
