Role Overview
We are currently hiring 20 General Workers to join the team at our Muldersdrift Distribution Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals looking to gain experience or grow within the supply chain sector. Various roles are available depending on your skills and background, including picking, cycle counting, loading, and forklift operations.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Licensing
-
Matric (Grade 12) is essential
-
0–2 years’ warehouse experience (placement depends on your background)

Forklift or Reach Truck License (only required for equipment operator roles)

Computer literacy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Availability
-
Willingness to work shifts (day/night), weekends (including Sundays), and public holidays

Available Roles and Key Responsibilities
General Worker
-
Return overstock, damaged, and short-dated items to appropriate areas within the DC
-
Assist with general warehouse tasks and upkeep
Picker
-
Pick and pack stock for stores based on picking slips
-
Ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment of orders
Cycle Counter
-
Track and record warehouse stock quantities
-
Assist with maintaining stock accuracy
Forklift Driver
-
Load and unload stock from delivery vehicles
-
Safely move and stack pallets around the warehouse
Reach Truck Driver
-
Operate a reach truck to move pallets and stock

Place items on racks following safety guidelines
Auditor
-
Perform stock counts and verify product accuracy

Inspect items for damage and confirm expiry dates before dispatch
Combiner
-
Organize and combine pallets for delivery
-
Shrink-wrap completed pallets for secure transport
