Role Overview
We are hiring 20 General Workers for various roles within our Benoni DC. From picking and loading stock to driving forklifts and cycle counting, there are multiple opportunities to join our dynamic supply chain team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, Boxer provides the training and support to help you thrive in a career in logistics and retail operations.
Minimum Requirements
Educational & Licensing Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) is essential

0–2 years warehouse experience (your specific role will be based on your experience level)

Valid Forklift or Reach Truck license is required for driving roles
Skills & Availability

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Team player with a positive attitude

Comfortable working shifts, weekends (including Sundays), and public holidays

Basic mathematics skills for accurate stock handling
Available Roles and Key Responsibilities
General Worker
-
Manage overstock, damaged goods, and short-dated products
-
Ensure timely return of stock to the DC
Picker
-
Accurately pick stock according to picking slips for dispatch to stores
Cycle Counter
-
Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts
Forklift Driver
-
Load and offload goods from delivery trucks
-
Move and stack pallets within the DC
Reach Truck Driver
-
Operate the reach truck to stack and organize pallets on warehouse racks
Auditor
-
Conduct stock counts and ensure stock integrity
-
Check for damages and monitor expiry dates before dispatch
Combiner
-
Combine and shrink-wrap pallets for efficient delivery to stores
