Role Overview

We are searching for an accomplished Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to take charge of Mango5’s global expansion and revenue growth strategy. This executive-level role is pivotal in positioning Mango5 as a strategic outsourcing partner for Fortune 500 companies, PE-backed scaleups, and high-growth enterprises. The CGO will be responsible for driving new market entries, forming global partnerships, and leading a revenue-focused strategy that aligns with our vision for international excellence.


Key Responsibilities

🌍 Global Business Expansion

  • Develop and implement an international go-to-market strategy focused on the USA, UK, and EU markets.

  • Identify high-value outsourcing opportunities and win strategic contracts with large enterprises and technology startups.

  • Design Mango5’s geographic and vertical expansion plan, in alignment with executive leadership.

🤝 Enterprise Sales & Strategic Partnerships

  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and strategic partners globally.

  • Create long-term alliances with private equity firms, venture capitalists, and multinational corporations.

  • Lead high-stakes contract negotiations, RFP responses, and C-suite presentations to close multi-million-dollar deals.

  • Represent Mango5 at global industry events, summits, and forums, enhancing its position as a thought leader.

💡 Brand Leadership & Marketing Strategy

  • Position Mango5 as an innovator in AI-enabled customer service, multilingual support, and BPO transformation.

  • Guide content creation, PR strategy, and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Spearhead digital marketing and brand visibility efforts across global channels.

💰 Revenue Ownership & Profitability

  • Take full ownership of Mango5’s global growth P&L, ensuring revenue growth aligns with profitability targets.

  • Build scalable and predictable sales pipelines using automation, analytics, and AI-driven tools.

  • Monitor performance, refine sales processes, and implement best practices for lead generation and conversion.

🧠 Executive Leadership & Operational Alignment

  • Serve as a core member of the Executive Committee (Exco), participating in top-level strategy and decision-making.

  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and Technology teams to ensure world-class delivery and scalability.

  • Oversee contract execution and ensure superior client satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Qualifications and Experience

Core Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking with a global market perspective.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Strong business acumen and experience managing high-value client relationships.

  • Expertise in CRM platforms, sales automation, AI tools, and performance analytics.

Minimum Experience:

  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role in BPO, RPO, or Enterprise Sales.

  • Proven success in driving global expansion and securing international outsourcing contracts.

  • Experience engaging with Fortune 500 clients, VC/PE-backed startups, or multinational organizations.

Education:

  • B.Com Degree or equivalent is required; MBA preferred.

  • Must have no criminal record.
