🍔 Job Purpose
As a Griller at Pedros, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that only the highest quality flame-grilled products reach our customers — prepared perfectly and served with a smile. You’ll be an important part of the kitchen team, keeping up the pace while maintaining our well-known standards of cleanliness, food safety, and service.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Grill and prepare all food items according to standard operating procedures (SOP)

Maintain the highest hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen

Ensure speed of service without compromising quality

Keep the grill station clean and organized at all times

Assist with daily prep work and maintain stock of grill station items

Support team members during busy hours to ensure a smooth kitchen flow

Deliver friendly and professional customer service when engaging with patrons
✅ Minimum Requirements

1 year of experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment (grill experience preferred)

Matric / National Senior Certificate

Excellent verbal communication skills

Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile

Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
