✅ Key Responsibilities
As a VIP Security Officer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of staff, customers, and company assets. Your primary duties include:

Conduct perimeter checks and interior patrols before opening and after closing.

Monitor surveillance systems and control access points.

Safeguard VIP guests and provide top-tier customer service.

Carry out thorough checks at security zones using metal detectors and scanners.

Maintain crowd control and manage vehicle traffic flow on the premises.

Respond promptly to emergencies using panic buttons and two-way radios.

Assist with alarm testing, stock receiving, and daily security reporting.

Prevent theft, monitor suspicious activity, and enforce company policies.

Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all guests.

🛡️ Minimum Requirements

PSIRA Registration (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority)
-
Prior experience in the security industry
-
Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Physically fit and mentally alert
🚗 Bonus Qualifications (Advantageous)

A valid South African driver’s license

Prior experience in VIP protection or hospitality security

Strong communication and customer interaction skills
