Position Overview: VIP (Security) Officer
As a VIP Security Officer, you’ll be tasked with maintaining high-level safety, vigilance, and customer service standards. Your presence ensures that both customers and staff feel secure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Minimum Requirements
✅ PSIRA Registered (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority)
✅ Previous experience in a security role
✅ Physically fit and capable of standing/patrolling for long hours
Bonus:
➕ A valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
🔐 Security & Surveillance

Arrive 15 minutes before opening to patrol and secure the premises
-
Conduct perimeter and floor patrols before and after opening
-
Monitor surroundings during opening and closing procedures
-
Check all two-way radios, panic buttons, and equipment for functionality
-
Use metal detector/scanners at the searching zone (no cross-gender scanning)
-
Ensure no unauthorized bags, weapons, or alcohol enter the premises
-
Enforce 18+ policy for entry
👥 Guest Interaction & Service
-
Greet guests: “Good day, welcome to Hollywood”
-
Maintain a friendly and respectful tone with all patrons
-
Address guest concerns proactively and relay feedback professionally
-
Ensure guests are thanked and welcomed back when leaving
🚨 Emergency Readiness & Communication

Always carry radio, panic button, and earpiece
-
Be on alert for suspicious behavior or objects
-
Assist with emergencies, alarm tests, and stock deliveries
-
Submit a daily report by 10:00 AM
⚖️ Compliance & Conduct

Wear full Amadoda uniform with a name badge
-
No use of cellphones, smoking, eating, or lounging while on duty
-
Never accept tips, abandon post, or arrive under the influence

Maintain professional distance; no casual chatting at post

No placing bets or using Limited Payout Machines while on duty
