Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stock Management: Efficiently manage stock levels and ensure proper organization.
• Store Administration & POS: Handle store administration and point of sale systems effectively.
• Customer Service: Drive sales through excellent customer service and assist customers with product knowledge.
• Merchandising: Optimize sales through effective merchandising techniques.
• Stock Loss Prevention: Implement strategies to reduce stock loss and maintain stock integrity.
• Product Education: Assist and educate customers on product features and benefits.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of current clothing trends or outdoor lifestyle (depending on the brand).
