Key Responsibilities
✔ Adhere to Health & Safety Policies – Ensure compliance with company policies and Food Safety standards.
✔ Material Preparation – Get raw materials ready for production.
✔ Grind Scrap Preforms and Bottles – Assist in grinding scrap preforms and bottles.
✔ Assist in Start-up & Shutdown – Support in starting up and shutting down production equipment.
✔ Hopper Management – Fill and manage the hopper continuously.
✔ Warehouse Operations – Remove full cages to the warehouse and ensure empty cages are ready.
✔ Maintenance & Cleaning – Ensure all equipment and surrounding areas are kept clean and machines are maintained according to schedules.
✔ Report & Record Material Usage – Keep records of material used and ensure cleanliness of bags.
✔ Mould Size Changes – Support in changing mould sizes as necessary.
✔ General Assistance – Carry out any lawful and reasonable instructions.
Minimum Requirements
✔ Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
✔ Experience: - 6 months experience in the Injector Department
- 6 months experience in the FMCG industry
