MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Effectively sell Online products and services to prospective students by meeting their needs which will result in closed sales to meet profit goals.
Implement effective country specific marketing and advertising plan and activities to meet profit goals.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

The Student Advisor represents, upholds and promotes the Online brand as per the Brand Guidelines and College Policies. As such, performance is measured in alignment to the Online corporate management structure and strategy.

1. Sales Target Achievement :
Lead Generation
Assisting in the implementation of marketing and/or advertising campaigns.
Interview prospective students to understand their objectives and background.
Participate in all recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Meeting/Exceeding Closed Sales Goals
Achieve agreed targets and performance indicators across all areas of responsibility.
Managing client relationships through the relevant methods/tools.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing and/or advertising campaigns.
Facilitate cold and warm interactions with prospective students.
Schedule and follow through on interactions with leads and current students.
Prioritize and/or escalate prospective student questions as needed.
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
Work multiple pipelines accurately.
Persists in sales even in the face of failure.
Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market.
Analyses the competition to create a plan for engagement.
Makes product appeal to the target market.
2. Student Support and Reporting:
Facilitating the application process
· Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.
Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms.
Product and Policy knowledge
Keep informed regarding academic program requirements, enrolment restrictions and other issues related to recruiting and admitting students.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Online product offering.
3. General Admin:
· Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
· Responds to communications within 24hours of receipt.
· Investigate problems; prepare reports; develop solutions, and make recommendations.
· Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
· Adhere to College policies, particularly those relating to equality and diversity.
· Adhering to corporate process and procedure.
· Be involved in continually reviewing, improving and optimising the effectiveness and efficiency of your processes.
· Undertake any other duties consistent with the key responsibilities and duties of the post, as directed by your Manager.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
1. Matric Pass.
2. 2-5 years Telesales sales experience with a proven track record
3. Excellent computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel, Microsoft CRM
